From ~4:30-10:30 PM Eastern, an edge case certain user combination (e.g merge account) actions led to some webhooks being disabled. The underlying issue is resolved. All impacted webhooks are being restored, and all patient, form_answer_group, appointment, patient-associated documents, and billing_item webhooks from that period were retroactively sent out.
We retroactively sent out webhooks for objects that did not have any of the webhook type sent during the period the webhook config was accidentally deleted. If a webhook config existed for the event type and was not removed, this could lead to some missed webhooks being treated as duplicates and not sent out.
If you need any other event types re-sent, or need the duplication checking verified, please let our team know, and we can re-send those for you.
