The issue appears to be specific to Ruby 3.4 and beyond, so we have moved to a prior Ruby version, which should resolve this. Our team will continue to monitor.

A known issue with Puma, our web server (https://github.com/puma/puma/issues/3620) is causing a very small number of API calls to return a 502 error. These calls can be safely retried without issue, and should succeed. Our team is working to mitigate this.
