From 12/6-12/14, the patient.updated webhook was only being triggered if the Patient object itself was updated. This is different from the normal behavior, where the webhook is triggered based on the mutation, even if the only changes made are to related objects. This was resolved at ~11:00 AM eastern on 12/14
