The mitigation on our end has been released, and charting should be loading for all users without issue. Please refresh to ensure you are on the latest version. This mitigation ensures that, even if LaunchDarkly were to have similar outages in the future, page loading would not be impacted.

LaunchDarkly is posting updates at their status page at https://status.launchdarkly.com/. We are releasing an update that will allow the charting page to load without issue, even if LaunchDarkly is down.

Investigating
One of our vendors, LaunchDarkly, looks to be having downtime (https://x.com/LaunchDarkly/status/1927361037088465062) which is impacting the loading of some pages. We've specifically confirmed it is impacting some chart note pages.
Our team is working to mitigate this on our side immediately, and we'll also follow LaunchDarkly's response to this issue.
