Between ~11:43 AM and ~12:05 PM eastern, an issue with some read replicas on customers running on isolated databases (data isolation In Healthie - Healthie Software Support) caused highly elevated response times on certain appointment-related queries which led to increased 500 errors. This error has been remediated. We are continuing to dig into the root cause, and will conduct a post-mortem internally.
